To place your order of unlimited paper or ribbons, call Fidelity’s customer service line at 1-888-847-2627 (option 3). All you pay is a small shipping and handling charge. Supplies are free!
TERMINAL REPLACEMENT
If for whatever reason your terminal is down, call Fidelity’s Technical Support Line at 1-888-VIS-2-MAS (option 2). Our technical support technicians will troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If the problem cannot be remedied, a replacement terminal will be shipped out to you immediately via free overnight shipping. A $50 deductable will apply for replacement terminals.
